Sport mode is when the car adjusts the transmission, throttle, and steering to be more responsive. It is great when you are driving on the highway or in an open area. Sport mode is not recommended for city driving or in bad weather conditions. Be sure to check your carโ€™s manual before using sport mode.

The suspension mode is set by the shock absorbers/struts, not the air springs. If you look at the bottom of the strut or the shock you will see a cylinder about 4-5" long. Maybe 1 of them went out. That is why the vehicle is level and behaivng itself with regard to the airmatic. I know the shocks in the back are just over $500 each. Mercedes electronic stability problem (ESP) warning light. Also called Electronic Stability Control (ESC), this warning light indicates a problem with traction control. If itโ€™s flashing it means the ESP system is intervening โ€“ for example, if youโ€™re driving on a slippery road. If the light stays on it means the ESP system is not working ORsPL.
