Thanks for reply. Phone isn't lost, it is with me with. Find my devise shows phone is offline. the touch screen is broken so I can't enter passcode. Yea I know it isn't lost but that link show you have to remotely wipe it, and since it says it is offline then you'll need to get the screen fix, so you can wipe it.
