Toclarify headgear in cutscenes has been available in all other previous Assassin's Creed games, with no issues and have implemented workarounds (such as removing headgear in certain cut-scenes). Also this is a feature most games in general have by default and is considered standard with in the RPG and Action Adventure genres..
